Refund Policy
We take pride in providing high-quality dahlia tubers and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. During processing, our tubers are checked multiple times to ensure they have at least one eye and a good strong neck. If you receive tubers that are damaged or do not meet your expectations, we will do our best to make things right.
Refund requests must be submitted within one week of delivery. To request a refund, please use our contact page to submit your order details and photos of the tubers in question.
Due to the nature of live plants, we cannot offer refunds for issues reported after the one-week inspection period. Thank you for your understanding and for giving our dahlia tubers the best start in your garden!
In the event of an unforeseen issue during storage between the time of your order and shipment, we will issue a full refund. Please note, we do not offer substitutions.
